Our bar celebrates local ingredients with signature drinks designed to cool the desert afternoon heat. Fresh herbs and native fruits lead the way.
The Desert Sage
Artisanal mezcal shaken with fresh lime juice, organic agave nectar, and muddled desert sage leaves.
Prickly Pear Spritz
Sparkling wine infused with wild prickly pear syrup, club soda, and a squeeze of fresh grapefruit.


Thoughtfully prepared options
None of the vegetables will be prepared alongside the meats, in order to appeal to our gayer attendees.
